Winners claim forms
Members are requested to check the numbers of their tickets with results published in the state lottery website and winners have to submit this claim form within 10 days to get their prize money entered in to their account. Equivalent points will be awarded for winning amounts of Rs.5000 or less.
Requests received 15 days after date of draw are cannot be processed and will get rejected. Members can redeem their points accumulated in their winstatelottery.com account for cash when required. Hundred points equal to one dollar. 222 points equal to hundred Indian rupees.
